Privacy policy
Suiton respects your privacy. Here, in plain terms, is what we do with your data.
What we collect
Your account (email address via Google sign-in) and what you enter: tanks, measurements, events, livestock, breeding records, expenses, and the photos you add.
Where it is stored
With Supabase, on servers in the European Union. Your photos are kept in private storage, accessible only to you via temporary signed links.
What it is used for
To display your tracking, to send you the reminders you enable yourself and, from time to time, an email about what's new in Suiton (for example the opening of Premium). No advertising for other products or services, no data resale, no third-party trackers.
Cookies
Only a technical session cookie (to keep you logged in). No advertising or analytics cookies: that is why there is no consent banner.
Your rights
You can export your data (CSV, “My data” section) and delete your account at any time (“Danger zone” below): immediate and permanent deletion of your account and all your data. You can stop the what's-new emails at any time from Settings. Every email includes a direct link to that switch.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists and is deleted immediately when it is removed. Hosting in the European Union, no transfer outside the EU.

Terms of use
By using Suiton, you accept these terms.
The service
Suiton is an aquarium tracking tool provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty (availability, absence of errors, fitness for a particular purpose). Certain features may be paid (subscription or one-time purchase).
Guidance for reference only
Ranges, alerts, dosages, protocols and estimates are purely indicative and replace neither your own judgment nor the instructions provided with your tests and products. Always verify using your own kits.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher disclaims all liability for any damage or loss related to the use (or inability to use) the service: in particular the loss or death of livestock (fish, invertebrates, plants), damage to or breakage of equipment, financial losses, data loss, or decisions made on the basis of the app. You use the service at your own risk.
Payment & refunds
Certain features are paid, in the form of a subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time purchase (lifetime access). Payments are due in advance. No refund is possible, including in the event of non-use, cancellation during a period, interruption or discontinuation of the service. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time: access remains active until the end of the current period, with no renewal. The one-time purchase grants access to the relevant features for the lifetime of the service, with no guarantee of duration (see Availability).
Availability
The publisher has no obligation to keep the service online, to develop it further or to maintain it. The publisher may modify it, suspend it or discontinue it permanently at any time, without notice or compensation. Export your data regularly (CSV, “My data” section).
Your account
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for your data and how you use it. The service is reserved for those aged 16 and over, for lawful and personal use.
Permitted use
Suiton is intended exclusively for tracking aquarium and terrarium keeping (water parameters, livestock, maintenance, budget related to this hobby). Any other use is prohibited. In particular, you are prohibited from using the service for any illegal or harmful activity, notably: the sale or promotion of illicit products or substances (including drugs), the offering of prohibited services, content or activities relating to the exploitation of minors, or any unlawful data. The publisher may suspend or delete without notice or refund any account breaching these rules, and report to the authorities any illegal conduct. You are solely responsible for the data you enter.
Changes to the Terms
These terms may be modified; the date below is authoritative. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
Intellectual property
Suiton (its code, design, brand, texts and catalog) is the exclusive intellectual property of the publisher. Any reproduction, copying, reuse, redistribution, resale, extraction, decompilation or exploitation of all or part of the application, the site or its content, for any purpose whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
